Register for Direct Debit & you could pay less
With Direct Debit, you will never need to worry about missing a payment again - the total amount of your monthly statement will be automatically deducted from your nominated bank account or credit card on the 21st day of the following month. Plus, if you choose to pay by direct debit 7 days after your statement, you will receive an EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT of $0.004c or 0.4 cents per litre on your fuel and lubricant transactions (effective 1 January 2010). To choose Direct Debit as your payment option, all you need to do is to complete the Direct Debit Authority Form and return it to us.

| Late Payment Charge | $15.00 (inc GST) | Late Payment charge applies if your account is not settled by 22nd day following the billing month - these charges will appear on the next monthly statement |
| Interest on Overdue | 22% per annum | Overdue interest will be applied on a daily basis for every day that your account is past 22nd of each month – these charges will appear on the next monthly statement |
| Dishonours | $50.00 | A charge of $50.00 will be applied to your account there is a dishonoured payment |
| BP Card Service Fee | Your Reliance Card can be used at any BP service station across Australia but please be aware that if this site is not operated by Reliance Petroleum you will incur a small service fee and this will be itemised on your invoice. Avoid unnecessary charges and find the Reliance Petroleum operated sites closest to you |
