- Why is there a $15 charge on my account?
The $15 charge is a late payment fee which is charged for a payment received after the 21st of the month which payment is due. - What is the interest for and how much is it?
The interest on your account is accrued on the account after the 21st of the month, until payment is received for the month. Interest is charged at .006 % per day or 22% per annum. - Why is my account on stop?
Your account is on stop due to us not receiving a payment for your account. If you have paid your account please call us on 1300 130 899 and we will work with you to get this rectified. - I haven’t received my statement?
The easiest way to get your statements in online using our new online account management tool – RelianceNow .Sign up now at www.reliancenow.com.au and you will have 24/7 access to all of your account details including statements, orders, and Reliance Card information. - Can I make a payment on RelianceNow?
At this stage, you are not able to make payments via RelianceNow but we’re planning this being available in late 2009. - Why is there a 0.38c fee on my statement?
If you used your Reliance Card at a BP service station which is not operated by Reliance Petroleum you will incur a 0.38c transaction fee and a 0.02cpl markup. To limit the occurrence of fees, visit our site locator to find the Reliance Petroleum operated sites near you. - I am having difficulty paying my account?

Reliance Card Questions
- How do I order a new Reliance Card?
The easiest way to order a new Card is to use RelianceNow. If you do not sign up for this service, you will need to complete a "New Card Order Form", stating your account number and signature for the terms and conditions and then return to Customer Service via fax, email or post (details listed below). - I want to cancel some of my Reliance Cards?
RelianceNow is the easiest and quickest way for you to manage your cards and you can do it whenever you like. If you do not sign up for RelianceNow you will need to complete a "New Card Order Form", stating your account number and signature for the terms and conditions and return to our Customer Service department. - I have lost my fuel card. How do I cancel this immediately?
The fastest way to cancel fuel cards is online using RelianceNow. Otherwise you will need to fill in a "Card Maintenance Form" and return this to our Customer Service Team. - How do I replace a damaged Reliance Card?
RelianceNow is the easiest and quickest way for you to manage your cards and you can do it whenever you like. If you’d like to contact us, please call during our trading hours to cancel this card immediately. You will then be required to fill out a "Card Maintenance Form" so we can replace the card for you. Please note: you will be required to state the full card number OR correct details that were embossed on the card - I have lost/misplaced my PIN and cannot make any purchases. How do I get my PIN?
Unfortunately Customer Service do not hold any PIN’s on our computer database, therefore, we are not able to disclose your PIN. You will be required to fill in a "Card Maintenance Form" and return to Customer Service. The PIN will then be posted out to you within 5-10 working days. - I want to add an odometer reading to my fuel card. How do I do this?
Odometer readings on fuel cards can only be activated if the card has a registration and car model. You can easily update this by visiting RelianceNow and select the relevant card number to make the changes or you will need to fill in a "Card Maintenance Form" stating the full card number and your account number and return to Customer Service. - My card will not purchase certain fuels/products. Can I have this amended?
RelianceNow is the easiest and quickest way for you to manage your cards and you can do it whenever you like. For any change in products or services to your fuel card, you will be required to complete a "Card Maintenance Form". You will then be sent a new card in the mail. - I would like to change registration details on my fuel card OR I would like to change the name on my fuel card.
You can order a new card once you sign up for RelianceNow or please fill in a "New Card Ordering Form" with all relevant details, your account number and a sign the terms and conditions. - My company name is about to change and I also have a new ABN. How can I change my cards to reflect this?
You will need to complete an Account Application form for any name or ABN change. For card changes, please fill in Section 7 of the account application. Once the details of company name and/or ABN have been changed, we will send you brand new cards with the new company name. - I have recently reopened my account which was closed for a period of time. Can you reactivate my cards?
Unfortunately, once an account is closed, the cards are unable to be reactivated. You will need to submit a “New Card Order Form” to our Customer Service Team and therefore ensuring you sign the terms and conditions.

NB: All of the above listed forms, with the exception of the New Account Application Form will require the full Customer Number and/or full and correct Reliance Petroleum account name in order to process the request.
